JBA offers its clients both advisory and hands on practical implementation or recovery of complex and high risk Projects and Programes. JBA Consultants are certified in Prince2 and APMP Project Management skill sets, and have the experience of managing and delivering complex programes of work, over multiple geographical locations with values in excess of £40M.

Further from a coherent Project Management and delivery offering, JBA also offer Project Support services of Risk Management, Project Governance, Project Performance Tracking and PMO Development, as a minimum.

Feasibility Studies, prior to Project Delivery, where a detailed review of available options and their associated costs, benefits, risks and opportunities are analyzed and documented; is a service and product offering also carried out by JBA.
